Your health and well-being is TCA’s top priority during Truckload 2022: Las Vegas. TCA is working with the Wynn Las Vegas to ensure that you have a safe space to learn and network. The resort maintains stringent cleaning and health standards throughout the hotel and TCA will adhere to all meeting guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety.

On Thursday, February 10, 2022, Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak announced that he would be rescinding the indoor mask mandate across the state, effective immediately, so masks are no longer required by visitors to Nevada nor at the Wynn Las Vegas. Each venue and property has the right to determine its own mask policies so please be aware that you may still be required to wear a mask in other venues. With this recent development, TCA will not be requiring attendees to wear masks throughout the event. However, we encourage anyone that would like to wear a mask to continue to do so and we ask that all attendees respect everyone’s personal space throughout the event. TCA will continue to abide by the regulations set forth by the hotel, the state of Nevada, Clark County and the city of Las Vegas. If there are any updates to this policy, TCA will update all attendees as quickly as possible.

As the situation regarding COVID-19 continues to evolve, TCA is committed to keeping attendees up-to-date on regulations and event protocols. Resources including Nevada's Health ResponseLas Vegas COVID-19 Resources and Research, as well as the Wynn's Health & Sanitization Guidelines are accessible online at any time.

Anyone showing any symptoms or feeling unwell should not attend the event. If an attendee feels ill after arriving on-site, please get a COVID-19 test, contact TCA’s Director of Meetings, Kristen Bouchard at, and quarantine immediately.

If you have any questions about the event, please contact TCA’s Meeting Department at or (703) 838-1950.
